  1. Have being attending the class now for some months and feel massive benefits in posture and core strength, would highly reccomend anyone to take up a Pilate’s class, thanks adeline always a great buzz in your classes

  3. I have attended both the baby massage and baby friendly pilates with Adeline and i have enjoyed them so much. Adeline is fantastic and the classes are great. Baby massage is a lovely way to bond with your baby and the class is great, really informative and allows you to meet other parents in the same boat! The pilates is a great class also and excellent for getting back into shape after baby. I couldnt recommend either course more. A+++

  4. I have been attending Adelines classes for a number of years now i have done her pregancy, postnatal pilates and advanced classes. I woukd highly recommend adeliine classes they are great in pregancy to maintain fitness and prepare for birth. The post natal baby friendly class are excellent to get you back in the swing of things and the advanced is great to challenge you and strengthen your core. All classes help maintain and strengthen your back.

  5. I am really happy with Adelines Pilates classes. I had often problems with my back but after few months they are gone.
    Adeline is patient and especially the first time she helped me so much because my first language is german and it was not so easy to understand the instructions.
    When i see now the progresses so i am glad that i did it. Don’t want miss it anymore. Thank you Adeline

  6. I have been involved with Adeline’s Pilates classes for one year now. First I attended the pre pregnancy ones and the hydropool. These were very beneficial especially in the water. I felt perfectly safe in her hands as she is an actual Physio and has years of experience. Apart from the exercise she also gave great advice on different topics such as birth plans etc.

    When my baby was 6 weeks old I attended her Baby Massage classes. These were so enjoyable and one of the best things I could of done as a new mum. It was a small class led by Adeline and again she facilitated a discussion topic each week. I enjoyed this over a cuppa handed to you! The group of us then went out for lunch after each session.

    I now attend her post pregnancy pilates classes with my baby. This class is ideal to bring your baby, workout and socialise after. Again Adeline is very thorough in all that she does, she is extremely organised and understanding. She knows everyones name and caters for each of our different needs.

  7. I have been taking classes with Adeline for a few years pilates, pre-natal and baby massage. The pilates class is a great – very enjoyable and always evolving. Adeline is very attentive and tailors exercises to individual needs as required. I highly recommend this class.

I have attended pilates classes with Adeline for many years and find her to be a true professional, very experienced in her field and with that is an articulate and observant instructor who gives personal attention to participants with issues ensuring they exercise as appropriate to their needs.

    Adeline seeks to make the classes interesting, taking into account feedback from class participants, and consequently the mix of class changes over the terms and Adeline brings her vast experience to bear through short information sharing tips and tools for getting fit and staying healthy.

    I would happily recommend these classes to anyone interested in improving core strength and flexibility.

  9. I have attended Adeline’s Pilates class on and off over the last 10 years and have always felt far more flexible and less stiff as a result. No two classes are ever the same and there is great variety in each class. Adeline gives individual attention and tailors the movements if necessary. Adeline’s classes are great for developing core strength & fitness, safe in the knowledge that you are carrying out the exercises correctly as Adeline keeps a watchful eye on all students & suggests adaptations as required. I have enjoyed attending the advanced classes for over 3 years now. The classes are regularly changed to keep things interesting & Adeline is a very knowledgeable teacher who offers fantastic advice to participants.

I have been attending classes with Adeline for many years,in that time I have found Adeline to be an excellent professional and interested instructor, the class is never boring and each term exercises are tweaked,so as to meet the needs of the class . I would have no hesitation in recommending these classes to anyone who is interested in improving their core muscles and flexibility,and need an enjoyable and friendly exercise class.

  17. I have attended Adeline’s Pilates classes since I started experiencing lower back pain. Pilates has greatly helped and Adeline gives personal attention to everyone in the class to ensure you are able to do the exercises correctly and adjusts them for you if necessary. Her classes are very well prepared and she changes the content regularly. She alternates from fast weeks to stretchy weeks and both are challenging but fun too. I can’t recommend Adeline as a Pilates instructor enough!

  18. I started pilates several years ago with Adeline due to a back problem. I have found the exercises really beneficial and they have helped prevent back pain. The classes are well structured with a good variety of exercises. Adeline is very attentive and takes the time to focus on individual issues. I would recommend Adeline’s classes to anyone considering Pilates.

Adeline is always looking for ways to vary and improve the class and tailor it to our needs. The class is always interesting but challenging.

  21. I would highly recommend Adeline’s pilates classes. I started the classes because I suffered, very badly, with back pain which greatly improved since attending the classes. The classes never get boring as Adeline is constantly introducing new exercises etc.. Great fun and very good value.

  25. I have been attending Adeline’s Pilates classes for about 4 years now. Her classes really help me with both strengthening and stretching, and are an important part of my week. I really appreciate the fact that she changes the exercises to keep things fresh and to provide the best possible results for everyone in the class. She’s also fantastic at being aware of the individual needs of the people in the class and advising or changing exercises when you are injured or offering individual advice if you are having trouble with an exercise. I’m looking forward to another great term in Adeline’s class!

I have had terrible back problems and they worsened with pregnancy, so I love that Adeline takes time to review your personal back issues as well as your recovery after pregnancy, and tailors the movements to your individual needs. She is so approachable during and after class about any positions you are struggling with and there is a very comfortable feel in the classes. I couldn’t recommend the classes highly enough.

  27. I attended Adelines antenatal pilates as well as her baby friendly beginners Pilates. I thoroughly enjoyed both. The post natal Pilates is great as it starts off slow and builds up each week . She also gives you exercises to do at home to help support the exercises you do in class. I had never done Pilates before and found Adeline to be very professional and orgainsied. She also ensures that you only do exercises that your body is able for and ensures that you do not injury yourself by engaging in the exercises.
    Would really recommend attending the class. Very friendly and welcoming

  28. Almost three years into my journey into flexibility and core-strength with Adeline, I cannot recommend her classes – and her all-round care, concern and support – enough. It has been a huge help recovering from major abdominal surgery, and also learning to appreciate that exercise isn’t just “fitness” or “cardio” and we need to use, maintain and appreciate the limbs and their flexibility we are endowed with. The variety and range of exercises and stretches that Adeline is always refining and improving are a real plus – the classes (stretchy, fast or mixed) never get stale and Adeline’s positive attitude is a formidable spur to participation.

  29. I have been attending Celbridge Pilates for a number of years and I love the attention and support Adeline gives each individual. There is great variety each week and Adeline will modify the exercise to suit person. I have benefited from the classes building on my core strength, balance and fitness. Great class.

But I also find them wonderful for relaxation and the feeling of wellbeing that I get afterwards. I sleep much better on Monday nights.

  36. Initially Adeline was recommended to for lower back pain (after spending a fortune on Osteopaths, chiropractors, dry needling etc) and after just one physio session I was all better. I have been attending a weekly pilates class with Adeline which has keep my back in good shape. Love the class every Tuesday.

  38. Hi. I have been attending Pilates for nearly 10 years. I have found it great for straightening my back after surgery. I haven’t looked back since starting Pilates. Saline is great and knows everyone’s abilities and tailors exercise if not able to do some of the exercises. I findvtne stretchy week very good. Enjoy the class and feel good after the class.   39. I’ve been attending Adeline’s baby friendly postnatal pilates class for the past few months. I love the structure of the classes and how the intensity of the exercises builds up each week. Adeline is so organasied, there are also exercises to download and complete at home which I found great. I have looked forward to each class while on my maternity leave and I’m looking forward to progressing to the advanced class next

  40. I am doing Pilates with Adeline for 4 years and while thoroughly enjoying the classes I have increased my core strength and with the correct stretches have rid myself of my back pain. Also we get lots of well being tips and advice. So I would say get out there and try it. Adeline does a beginners class which introduces you at an easy pace whether you are young or a bit older.

  41. It’s obvious to anyone who attends Adeline’s classes that she is truly passionate about what she does and is constantly reviewing and adapting new routines for class members. I personally love that class times are scheduled to suit different tastes/lifestyles and the fact that Adeline closely monitors you while you perform the exercises, suggesting techniques and making sure that you’re doing everything correctly.   45. I have attended Advanced Pilates classes with Adeline for over two years now (in addition to pre and post natal classes before then). I have found these classes to be excellent in building core strength. Adeline is very generous with her time tailoring specific exercises for clients as needs be. No two classes are exactly the same. The variety of exercises in both fast and stretchy classes ensures this. I would whole heartedly recommend Adeline’s Pilates classes.

I miss a week or two I really notice my back botgeringe more. Love the atmosphere, friendliness and how Adeline helps modify some of the exercises if you’re feeling in any pain.

The pre birth classes are not only about exercise but are very informative with group discussions about feeding babies and schedules etc. The post pregnancy classes helped me return to my pre pregnancy fitness levels pretty quickly and Adeline has been a great help and support during this time.

  67. I started Pilates with Adeline in January this year and I’m hooked! It has really improved my overall core strength. Adeline is attentive to everyone’s abilities and tailors the exercises to the individual’s needs and limitations. Each class is different making the course interesting and varied. The exercise studio is clean, spacious and airy, there’s plenty of equipment and plenty of parking. It’s right in the centre of Celbridge so very easy to get to. I would definitely recommend Adeline’s Pilates class to anyone, regardless of age or ability.

I started baby massage classes when my daughter was three weeks old I was unable to attend one of the classes and Adeline had no issues with me redoing the class to ensure I got the most out of it for my daughter. I found the class brilliant it has been the best thing for my daughters digestive system and I met a lovely group of mothers also. We did a recording at the end of the classes which helped me when I was doing it at home. I started Pilates straight away after finishing and had one to one with Adeline which set my goal for the eight weeks I found the classes great and set to a good pace for me. I would highly recommend these classes to everyone and can’t thank her enough for her help and advice throughout.

  69. I have attended pre-natal pilates, baby massage and post-natal pilates with Adeline and have found all classes excellent. The exercise was great and the help and advice provided by Adeline was invaluable when my baby arrived. The baby massage classes were a fantastic bonding experience for my baby and I and Adeline provided a friendly platform to meet other mums and to build my confidence getting out and about with a newborn. Adeline provides a wonderful service for mums and mums-to-be in Celbridge. Thank you for everything.

  70. I can’t recommend Adeline and her classes enough. I have attended Adeline’s class from early on in my pregnancy and still enjoy classes today with my 5 month old. From antenatal Pilates and baby massage to post natal Pilates Adeline’s knowledge and support teamed with important excersies and techniques really helped me through my pregnancy, birth and recovery. Everything from the classes to the discussions and the new friends made along the way have really helped in my journey to becoming a new mommy. Thank you Adeline 🙂

  71. I started Adeline’s pilates classes when I was around 18 weeks pregnant. I found them excellent. You knew the excercises you were given were safe to do and the advise she gives through the class was invaluable. As a first time mum it can be a little daunting but this class made me feel at ease.. By the time your due date comes around, you feel very prepared.

    After my son was born I decided to go back to Adeline to do the baby massage classes. I absolutely loved this class. You got to attend a great class with your baby, again learning great advise along the way while talking to other mums. Always great atmosphere and picked up some great massage techniques for my son who had trapped wind, this eased the pain in his stomach greatly. Each massage is done to a nursery Rhyme which is lovely because you can continue them with your baby for years.

    He is now 4 months and I bring him along to the post pregnancy pilates class which again is excellent. Knowing what excercises are safe to do for you after having your baby. Again talking to other mums each week and watching the babies grow is lovely. I have to say, these classes are incredible. Adeline works so hard and is super professional. Cannot thank her enough. I think she has saved a lot of mums out there I will continue with these classes even after I return to work.

I have been attending Adeline’s classes (anti-natal, post- natal and baby massage classes) since I was was around 16 weeks pregnant to the present day & have found them to be invaluably helpful. Not only are the exercises brilliant but also the information given at classes which makes you feel so well equipped to take care of a new baby and indeed yourself. Adeline is highly professional, organised and extremely knowledgeable on all things mum and baby related. I have and still do enjoy her classes immensely as I know my classmates do also.

  73. I’ve been attending Adeline’s classes for less than a year now, having decided to do so post-natally. I love the combination of the fast and stretchy classes and have felt greater strength in my body as a result of doing the classes. I also feel more flexible and really appreciate Adeline’s advice regarding certain postures.
    I’d certainly recommend the classes and Adeline is professional at all times, providing up-to-date research/thinking on physio and physical activity.

  74. I have been attending classes with Adeline for four years and find them fantastic for helping with my back pain and posture. I am about to return to classes after a 5 month break due to surgery and know I am in safe hands with Adeline. She knows everyone’s medical background and will let you know during class if there’s an excercise she doesn’t think you should do, or if there’s a way to adapt it that suits you better.

I was very reassured that Adeline completed an assessment with me before starting classes. Adeline has a very positive and supportive approach and builds in time to tailor exercises for individual needs if necessary. Adeline assessed me in my individual 1 to 1 review and has continued to assess and advise me during her classes as I progressed from beginners, to advanced, prenatal, antenatal and back to advanced classes. My back pain has gone thanks to my weekly class and daily practice. Adeline is super-organised, extremely professional and very caring. I highly recommend her classes.

  81. I have been attending Pilates classes for almost two years now with Adeline. I have completed pregnancy Pilates, baby massage and Advanced Pilates classes and I have found them to be invaluable. The baby classes are great for babies to interact with not only parents but also other babies and provide an opportunity for parents to get together and form bonds and friends at a challenging and unfamiliar time.
    The advanced Pilates classes are great – they are paced appropriately and have a great variety of activities in each class. There is an excellent timetable available to choose from also – Adeline does her best to accommodate everyone.

  82. I have been attending Pilates classes in Celbridge with Adeline for about a year and find them fantastic. I suffered from post-birth hip, pelvis and back problems, all of which are gone since starting the classes. If I take a break for more than 2 weeks they start recurring so I am sure the Pilates is causing the improvement. As a physiotherapist you can trust that Adeline won’t suggest anything that might aggravate your particular problem and she will always suggest amendments to exercises in class to each person based on her one-to-one with them. I would recommend the classes to anyone with post-birth problems.

There is also the option to attend another class if you can’t attend your own during that week. All these things show that Adeline listens to her customers

Adeline is really great at tailoring some exercises depending on individual weaknesses that you have and she takes time to figure out the best solution for you.

As Adeline is a physiotherapist, she could adapt some of the exercises for me so that I wasn’t putting too much pressure on the damaged and weak muscles.   139. I’m currently attending Adeline’s advanced Pilates class. I really enjoy this class it’s not a chore and there is great variety with a fast exercise filled class one week followed by a stretchy class the next week. I had a baby 5 months ago and thus need to be careful about the type of exercise I do and Adeline provides a consultation to check the needs of each participant. This is excellent and very professional and ensures I don’t aggravate the weakness in my core post baby. Importantly Adeline has kept track of my core weakness and shows me very clearly how to adjust exercises to suit my needs. Although I have attended these classes for 3 years now I continue to earn new things in this class about my fitness, posture etc. An excellent class all round x
