Over view of the classes

Standard Classes (i.e. not pregnant classes) start in September, November, February and May. Spaces can be booked approximately 1 month before the classes start. Those on the text list will have priority booking when I’m recruiting for Beginner classes, please register using the contact Adeline page or ideally complete this form to add your details to the text list. The classes are also advertised on Facebook. This information can also be viewed by using the facebook tab on the right of this page. You can view our facebook page without being a member of facebook.

Pregnant, Post-natal classes and Baby Massage classes run year round and you can join anytime once there is space available. Please use the contact Adeline page to join these classes or compete this form for the pregnancy classes or this form for the postnatal and baby massage classes. The postnatal and baby massage classes are also advertised on Facebook, the pregnancy classes are not advertised as you can join these classes at anytime provided there is space available.

A variety of classes run on Monday, Tuesday.

Standard Pilates classes run in the evenings

Baby friendly/Postnatal classes run during the day,

Baby Massage classes run during the day.

Antenatal classes run in the evening.
