All classes are led by Adeline O’Dowd, Chartered Physiotherapist, MISCP. Graduate of Trinity College (Dublin) and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists since graduation. Adeline is also a member of Baby Massage Ireland and a member of the international association of Infant massage.
I have been running Pilates Classes since Spring 2005 and presently I run approximately 12+ classes per week and have 160+ people (male and female) attending standard Classes.
Ante-natal, Post-natal, Baby friendly beginner, Beginners, Step-up, Advanced, Aqua Pilates and Baby Massage Classes run year round. Pre-booking required for all classes.
