  1. I cannot speak highly enough of Adeline – I attended baby massage class with Adeline with my first baby in 2016 and in October 2019 with my second. I really enjoyed the course on both occasions and have incorporated a massage into babies bath time routine. Adeline has created a lovely environment to help new mums learn baby massage and to get that much needed peer support from the other mums over a cuppa… I have found the class to be so informative (with different themed topics each week) and so supportive -as well as establishing a much needed regular social outing with the mums on maternity leave that lasts beyond the 5 week course! This is an essential course for new Mums!

  2. As a first time Mam I would highly recommend attending the baby massage class for several reasons;
    1. It encourages the bond between mother and baby and understanding what your baby likes
    2. Having a windy baby the different massage techniques taught by Adeline really helped my son
    3. You get out of the house and engage in adult conversation while doing baby massage which I really enjoyed
4, You can use the other mothers as soundboards for anything you and your baby are going through and learn some tips that you may not be aware off
5, You learn a lot more than baby massage from
    Adeline
    6. Bonding with the other mammies over breakfast before the class was very enjoyable all which was recommended and encouraged by Adeline

If you could do one class with your baby, let it be this one!

  3. I really enjoyed the baby massage course. As a first time mum it was a great opportunity to connect with other mums and chat things out together. I use massage with my baby most evenings and she loves it as part of our wind down . It’s a really nice and beneficial activity with baby. A great, informative and supportive class.

  4. I cannot speak highly enough about Adeline’s baby massage classes. The classes are beneficial to both mother and baby. The massage the techniques are super for both relaxing baby and supporting their digestive system in those early days.
One major benefit from Adeline’s class is the support for the tired mammies. It provides a social network allowing you as a new mum to gain confidence in your new world. It is invaluable as a new mother to speak with others to realise you are not alone. I enjoyed this class so much on my first baby, I didn’t think twice about booking in on my second. I met friends that I continue to maintain contact with 2 years on.

  5. Honestly one of my fondest memories of my first maternity leave is Adeline’s baby massage classes. So for my second maternity leave I knew I had to do it.
It introduces you to new mums and is a great platform to develop new friendships with people at the same stage in life as you. Most importantly Baby loves it and all the tips about sleep cues, feeding etc. is so much help. Adeline really makes it what it is, I highly recommend.

  6. I am so glad that we signed up for Baby Massage. The tummy massage has really helped my baby, and Adeline gives lots of useful tips aside from the massage. It’s also a great way to get out of the house when the baby is small, and to meet lovely people.

    1. We loved Adeline’s baby massage classes, a lovely welcoming, non-judgmental environment was established early on in our fabulous group of ladies. The massage we learned was excellent, targeting different issues such as constipation, reflux, etc as well as relaxation, soothing and comfort. Adeline encourages you to meet regularly now outside of the class and it’s worked so well for our group of fabulous ladies and babies. The weekly discussion and cuppas were so nice, sharing personal trials and tribulations with peers offered excellent support and reassurance at a crucial time. Could not recommend this class highly enough, thanks Adeline, our pregnancy and new born journey was made so much better with your classes x x x

  7. I really enjoyed attending the baby massage class. It was great for bonding with the baby and I also learned do much and picked up many tips and tricks on feeding, sleeping and tummy time to name just a few. The social aspect of the group was brilliant also. Meeting with other people who are going through similar stages is such a great support. Our group still meets up on a regular basis. I couldn’t recommend the class highly enough.

  8. Signing up to the baby massage class with my 8 week old twins was the best thing I did on my maternity leave. While the baby massage techniques were really helpful, it was the social aspect of the course that I especially enjoyed. One year on and our group are still in contact offering support and tips to each other 🙂

  9. I attended Adeline’s Baby Massage course and Beginner’s Adult Pilates and I would highly recommend them both. The baby massage was very worthwhile and the massage techniques have helped me to soothe or distract my baby when needed! I particularly enjoyed the discussion aspect of the course and learned a lot from Adeline and the other Mums too throughout. The Pilates has helped with my post partum recovery and is helping memento regain my strength again. I would recommend her classes for your maternity leave. I’m just regretting that I didn’t do antenatal Pilates!

  10. I really enjoyed the baby massage classes. The information given, the discussion within the group and the bonding with baby makes for a great experience not to mention the lunches afterwards with a great bunch of mums who I have remained in contact with. I have recommended Adelines baby massage classes to many people

    1. Baby massage classes were very much more than U have expected a lot of great tips andadvises I regret I haven’t attended similar classes with my first child that would save me a lot of troubles. I recommend to attend classes few weeks after baby was born if possible.

  11. I attended the baby massage classes with Adeline and found it brilliant. Both myself and my daughter enjoyed it and continue to do so at home! The massage has definitely helped with certain baby ailments, and with each class I felt I came away with nuggets of very useful information (given by Adeline) on babies in general! The discussions are a great part of the class and hearing other mammies stories helps you feel like you aren’t alone

  12. I completed the baby massage course with Adeline in Sept/Oct 2018. I really really enjoyed all the classes & the best part of all was meeting other new mums who lived nearby. Adeline encourages everyone to go for lunch after the class, and I enjoyed all our lunches out together, and we are still keeping in touch and meeting up. I’m so delighted I did this course- thanks Adeline for a great experience- one of the highlights of my maternity leave- and I would definitely recommend other new mums to try it out! Louise

  13. I found the baby massage classes very informative as a first time mother. The class is also a great way to get to know other mothers as Adeline encourages you to go for lunch together and set up a WhatsApp group. We are all still in touch now! Would definately recommend it to any new mothers!

  14. As a first time mother I found Adeline’s class very informative. The massage element was great but what I really enjoyed was the discussion element. I learned a lot but also bonded with other the mothers during these discussions about our experiences. Adeline encourages the group to go for lunch each week and we are all still in touch after the course is complete.

    1. I joined Adeline’s baby massage class in February 2019 and I really enjoyed it. The class was very informative and a great way to meet new mam’s. Adeline is very knowledgeable and she encourages people to go to lunch after class. Our group is still in touch with each other. I would highly recommend the class.

  15. Adeline’s class is a lovely way to connect with your baby and meet other mums in the same boat.. it’s much more than a baby massage class and covers lots of topics that are relevant to mums of young babies. Adeline emphasises the importance of forming friendships / support networks with the other mothers and lunch afterwards is encouraged .. a lovely way to get out with your baby!

  16. Baby Massage classes with Adeline were so enjoyable for both me and my son! He loved the massage and I really enjoyed meeting the other mums. Each class also included a discussion on all things baby-related led by Adeline, who is a fountain of baby knowledge and who shared plenty of tips & tricks that have made mom-life much easier. I would highly recommend Baby Massage

  17. I attended Adeline’s baby massage class for my 1st and 2nd babies. Even though I was a second time mum, I picked up lots of useful information the next time around and it was lovely to spend the time to focus on my baby and enjoy some time to relax in the company of other mums

  18. I joined Adeline’e baby massage class when my son was 7 weeks old. We were finding relieving wind at night very difficult and were looking for tips to help.
The class is divided in two, with the early part of the class devoted to massage and the second hour to discuss topics.
It was invaluable for us as the massage techniques were amazing for clearing wind and our baby still loves his massage mornings. Its a really lovely skill to have to bond with baby.
Adeline also encourages lunch dates after the class which are a nice way to get to know other mums in the area.
I would definitely recommend this class for new mums!

  19. I did the baby massage class in June/July 2018. I thought it was really good, in particular the tummy massage – I use it every day, I found it brilliant for wind. I also use the legs and hands especially after bath time when applying moisturiser to my little one.
The atmosphere in the class is really relaxed so it was easy to ask questions etc. I found the discussions after the massage great. A specific topic is covered every week and the advise offered was practical and relevant. It’s done in a non preachy way – just facts and experiences of other new moms so it doesn’t feel like your being lectured. As a new mom you get loads of unsolicited advice that’s not always welcome and can be condescending so it was ideal to have a safe space for sharing with other new moms. Adeline also encouraged us all to go for lunch/coffee and meet up after the course. We have a WhatsApp group and contact each other on it. It’s ideal to have a network of other moms in the area with babies around the same age.

  20. I have recently finished baby massage classes with Adeline. I found them really helpful with baby issues such as wind and tummy issues. Adeline gives very practical advice. The discussion part of the class is excellent for mammies to discuss different stages of their babies development. I did baby massage with my first child also and was delighted to come back and do it again with my second. I am still in contact with both groups of mammies which is great for asking questions related to our children. I would definitely recommend Adeline’s classes to any new Mother.

  21. I can not recommend Adeline’s baby massage class highly enough, I joined this class when my daughter was 7 weeks old and learned so much. Her class is broken down into two sessions, the first part of the class is dedicated to baby massage which my little one loved and the second part of the class focuses on discussion on all baby related topics which I found the most beneficial especially as a first time mum, I learned so many helpful techniques on sleeping routines to tips on helping a fussy baby to enjoy the dreaded tummy time. Adeline is so friendly and helpful and a wealth of knowledge on all baby related topics and I would recommend this class a must for all first time mums.

  22. I recently completed the baby massage class with Adelaine.Ifound it absolutely brilliant. I learned some fantastic massage techniques for relieving wind and helping my little boy to chill out. The setting is warm and cosy and the chat after the class is really informative and helpful. I met a great bunch if girls and we now meet up regularly.

  23. Baby massage is a fantastic class. I started when my baby was 3 weeks old and found the special tummy massage excellent to relieve wind. Met a great group of Mammies whom I’m still in touch with. It is a great way to bond with baby and a great social activity for Mammies. Adeline has endless knowledge and the discussion section of the class is so informative and it is reassuring to hear from other Mammies. The cuppa and chocolate is a bonus!!

  24. My son had alot of problems with wind and reflux in the early days. Joining baby massage class helped so much as I learnt so many things from Adeline and it was also nice to know you werent the only one with an upset baby. Adeline is very thourough in her work and makes sure your 100% confident in what she has thought. I met alot of other mums and Adeline also pushed us to go for lunch and i am so thankful she did. Since doing baby massage i am able to settle my son much faster and he is much more relaxed i have joined the pilates since and i am loving it and greatful for what i have learned so far

  25. I was having difficulty settling my little one in the evenings and during the night so I enrolled in baby massage hoping to pick up some tips. Not only did I learn massage techniques to help soothe my baby but Adeline provided numerous practical tips and information on many baby related topics. Adeline provided a warm friendly atmosphere for talk and discussion. This is my third baby and I can honestly say that it was the best run parent and baby class I have attended. Adeline is extremely organised and focused and ensured we got the maximum benefit from the class. I would highly recommend this class to any parent.

  26. I began the baby massage classes with Adeline in April last year. It was such a lovely experience and I will be recommending it to anyone I know with a new baby. My daughter really enjoyed the interaction in the classes and it was a lovely bonding experience. It was a relaxed, friendly atmosphere thanks to Adeline’s approach and her encouragement to get to know each other. Adeline has lots of great advice and I enjoyed the cuppa and chat at the end of each class. Would highly recommend.

  27. I completed the baby massage class this summer and can genuinely say that it was lovely experience. Not only did I learn a new skill in massaging baby- which my little man loved- but also learned so much from other mothers based on their experiences with a new arrival in the household. Adeline is a natural teacher and provides an informal and friendly environment for mothers to share their views- while also providing the tea/coffees and obligatory chocolate bars!

  28. The baby massage class us the best thing I did for myself after having my baby. I learned do much in the class from massaging my baby to all the hints and tips from the discussion after. This is my second time to do baby massage with Adeline and i have recommended it to so many people. It is so enjoyable.

  29. I recently attended the Baby massage classes with my baby boy. I would highly recommend the classes to new mums. It’s a great way to meet other mamas whilst learning a host of massage skills for your new baby. Adeline has a wealth of knowledge for all things baby related and provides a flexible relaxed environment to learn baby massage.

  30. I started the baby massage classes when my baby was 5 and 1/2 weeks old. I really enjoyed the classes. They were so well organized and focused each week. I loved learning how to do the baby massage and my little girl responded really well to it and I’m still using it months later. I also thought the coffee and chat after the class was so helpful as a first time mother. I learned loads from it and got great tips from Adeline and the other mothers in the class about sleep, feeding, development etc. I would highly recommend this class.

  31. I attended the baby massage classes as My little man was having trouble with wind. I learned lots of techniques which not only helped to release wind but helped my baby to relax. From a first time mothers perspective it was fantastic as I got to meet other mothers and made some great friends. Adeline creates a very relaxed atmosphere and has a vast knowledge of all things baby related. I really enjoyed the classes and would highly recommend it to all first time mothers.

  32. On the recommendation of my sister I recently attended the baby massage class when my little boy was only a few weeks old.
My little boy thoroughly enjoys his massages. In the beginning he had some problems with his tummy which the massage really helped while his digestive system developed and now he is just enjoying the massage for relaxation purposes. I find massage is such a lovely way to bond with my baby.

This however is only the beginning of the benefits of Adeline’s baby massage class.

The way in which the class is structured is lovely. Adeline begins by teaching the massage techniques. This is followed with a cup of tea and biscuits and wonderfully informative discussions about everything baby related. Adeline provides a wealth of knowledge and reading material online also so when baby brain rears its ugly head you have a way to recap on the information discussed in class.

Best of all, for me anyway, was that Adeline had us set up a supportive whatsapp group and encouraged us to go for lunch after the class. Our group continues to meet weekly for lunch, walks, nights out etc.

I found Adeline to be thouroughly professional, but more than this, her class was so supportive, fun and relaxing. Joining her class was the best thing I could have done for myself and my baby abd I would highly recommend it (and have to a few people already) to anyone.

  33. I did baby massage with Adeline when my little girl was 3 weeks old – I’m a first time mum & wanted to get out of the house & do something nice with my baby…..little did I know how much it would benefit us both – I met other mammies in the same boat & made really lovely friends, my baby loves our little massage routine & Adeline provides a great open class with lots of baby discussion & topics – I couldn’t recommend the class highly enough!!

  34. Adeline’s baby massage classes are excellent. I would highly recommend any mam to do it. I did it when my little boy was 2 months old and we both loved it. Massage is a lovely thing to do with your baby. The massage techniques are taught in a fun and relaxed way, for the first half of the class. The second half of the class is a discussion (with a cup of tea!) about everything baby related e.g. sleep, learning and development, over stimulation. I learnt a lot during these discussions. There is always lunch afterwards if you can make it. It is an excellent support group and Adeline always encourages this. I met some lovely mams in the area and we continue to meet up.

  35. The baby massage classes with Adeline were the best thing I could do as a new mam. It was a brilliant thing to look forward to on a Monday. Learnt great massage techniques and a great way of bonding with my baby. But also learnt so much in the discussion part of the class and it was so lovely to get a hot cup of tea handed to you! Have made a new set of friends through this also. Would throughly recommend this course to anyone.

  36. Brought my 10 day old baby to the class,
Was great to learn the massage techniques
Especially for sleep and tummy problems
Overall massage is only half the time
Rest which I found most useful was
Discussion on all things baby related
And meeting new moms, Nearly 5
Months later and we still meet every Wednesday. One of the best things I did for myself and the baby

  37. Did baby massage when my little man was 4 months old. Was a bit anxious before the first class but that was soon squashed when I got down there… was so sad when the 6 weeks ended. They were fantastic classes both for my little man and for me, connecting up with women who were also in the same boat as myself, being a first time Mam!!! Adeline is amazing, the massage and general baby tips I picked up have really helped me along the way! Would highly recommend this class to anyone who wanted to do something special with their little ones!!
