  1. Highly recommend Adeline’s antenatal classes. Both land and pool classes are great for stretching out sore areas in pelvis, back and legs and the information sharing/learning aspects of the classes in terms of discussion about a different topics every week is brilliant. I am a 2nd time Mum-To-Be but I’m still learning new things and it’s a great opportunity to meet other mums in the local area.

  2. Attended my first pool class on monday, really enjoyed it , found it relaxing informative and beneficial, thanks a million adeline

  3. Attended my first pool class last night, have to say was really enjoyable, the chat during the class was so informative and without even realising the time flew in and the class was ended. Was great to meet other mums to be in similar situations and have the chats after class. Over all so enjoyable and felt great getting out of the house and doing something can’t wait for the rest of my classes. Thank you so much Adeline

  4. I’m currently attending Adeline’s antenatal Pilates class, and it’s been a godsend as my SPD has returned and I need to keep as mobile as possible with a toddler at home. The pool classes in particular provide a huge relief, and it’s great to talk through different pregnancy related topics with Adeline and the girls. Would recommend to all pregnant ladies in the area – great way to safely keep exercising and pick up fab tips at the same time!

    1. I can’t recommend the pregnancy Pilates class highly enough , so enjoyable mixing between the land class and pool class, the discussions each week are great for tips and suggestions and keeping you well informed on everything baby related.

  7. I can’t recommend Adeline highly enough. Her classes prepare you both physically and mentally for baby’s birth and an added bonus is meeting other mums. As a first time mum to be, the knowledge I have been given in this class has been invaluable in helping prepare me for the birth. Classes alternates between pool & land which keeps it interesting. The pool is v soothing for those pregnancy aches!

  8. I really enjoy the antenatal Pilates classes with Adeline. Alternating between pool and land classes is really enjoyable and not only is it good for body but mind also with the helpful and informative talks. Would highly recommend.

  9. Currently attending antenatal pilates class. Find the mixture of land and pool great, gentle stretches help ease out back pain as bump gets bigger! Really enjoy hearing everyone’s pregnancy stories. Adeline shares lots of tips and information about pregnancy and labour, learning more in the class than from my pile of books at home! Defo recommend the class 🙂

  10. This is my 3rd time attending Adeline’s antenatal pilates classes. I have always found them very helpful, keeping me somewhat stretchy during pregnancy! When to start depends on you, I like to as early as possible. Both land and pool classes are relatively easy early on but I still feel I’m doing some exercise. The pool I found particularly good when I had severe SPD, the warm water was a relief & I could do so much more than on land.

  11. Both the land and water classes are brilliant. I feel great afterwards. There are always talks on different aspects of pregnancy during the classes which I find very informative and helpful. It’s also nice to meet other women in the same situation and to hear their pregnancy stories. Overall I’d definitely recommend these classes and can’t imagine not doing them!

  12. I was quite active before I became pregnant but this went all the window in the first 12 weeks due to nausea. I then fall out of the routine but these classes appeared like a great way to get back into it and boy they didn’t disappoint. The mixture between pool and land is fantastic. You get to have a great stretch and it helps with any niggles that occur as the weight creeps up! The advice Adeline and the group provides during the classes is an added bonus I wasn’t expecting. If you are thinking about joining, do it. You won’t regret it.

  13. The classes are brilliant.
Pool class was not what I expected, good factual chats while doing gentle water pilates.
Land class is very good, and easy to get into even if you have never done pilates before.
There is a class talk before each land class and its very beneficial.
